I placed an order but had not received or heard anything in over 3 weeks. I had an order number in my email. I called to check on it and this employee told me that they do not have this order number. She checked several times and was not sure what had happened. She patiently and kindly went through to check if all the items I had ordered were still available and she re-ordered them and sent the order more quickly since this had happened. I still have not received the order but she was very pleasant and helpful.Less
