Ingredients: 350g berries (such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries), 11⁄2 cups raw sugar 1 cup apple cider vinegar Sparkling water Assembly: Lime rim Fresh berries and/or herb sprigs for serving Berry ice cubes Special equipment: Glass jar with a lid Cheesecloth Instructions – Gently mash berries in a medium bowl with a fork. Add sugar, and stir to combine.
