If I could give zero stars I would. Very average wine and the worst customer experience I have ever had to endure, incredibly rude.

Absolutely abysmal. My wife and I tried some sample wines at an event and signed up based on these tastings. The wines we received at home, and tasted so far (Tomich Hill pinot noir, L'artiste Tumbarumba pinot noir, the Lane sauvignon blanc) were absolutely diabolical. Couldn't even drink the pinots and managed the sauvignon with soda water. I can't believe these guys actually sell wine at 20 bucks a bottle that's worse than the cheapest stuff you find at the bottleo. Avoid at all costs.

Sent me wine I explicitly asked not to receive as I was away and they had sent me wine previously that I wasn’t supposed to receive. Received emails whilst I was away which I would reply to and only got so far and different person would email me, returned from being away to a number of harassing emails and phone calls, I again tried to contact wine selectors to tell them I wouldn’t be paying for something I didn’t ask for and that had been left out in the sun in the same spot they left it so they could come pick it up I wasn’t paying for their error, I again received no response until I started receiving threatening letters from debt collectors!

We have been trying to cancel our membership since the start of the year however continue to receive 3 monthly deliveries. We had finally had enough of the terrible service and demanded our most recent delivery be refunded. Wine Selectors have given us every excuse as to why it can't be done, and then later confirmed it would be done, however that was over a month ago and they are still giving us excuses and refusing to give our money back. We now have an unopened case of wine which we are happy for them to collect and refund. It had been a good service before this point, but I'm extremely disappointed at the absolute lack of any customer service.

After foolishly entering a competition I'm now incessantly pestered by these scammers. Two or three calls a day, every single day, despite repeatedly telling them to remove me from their call lists. Over to ACMA now.
