    Waited 10 days after notified package despatched. After contact was informed it was sent to Royal mail office in Great Yarmouth. As a disabled person I then had to arrange transport & wait until they opened at 4pm to collect. Was informed they were unable to deliver as the house number was omitted on your address information. Out of pocket,distressed&not kept informed by company. Would have been easier to claim money back & cancelled.
