I was attracted to the advertisements; the display,the diversity and the information presented. Indeed,I learned a lot about the "vocabulary" ," terminology" and "materials". This helped me quite greatly,in examining ,comparing and choosing. The purchase steps were easy and simple. Information is crystal clear. Delivery notes ,tracking and follow up are both professional and pleasant. The item has'n received in good packing and an elegant box . Each shoe is enclosed in its "beautiful" bag. Enclosed there were a shoe horn and shoe polishing cream. The blue colour of the bag matches so harmoniously with the golden print of the coat of arms of Herrington. I read it as a sign of "beauty perception". The shoe itself is elegant and classy . It looked as the advertised pictures. The quality of leather,the last,the perfect handicraft,the tiny details; all showed an "artisan" work. I'm proud to say ; am most satisfied with my first experience at Herring. Your fine work, marketing policy and product quality ;all reflect a disciplined firm,with top standards. Troubling part of growing older is knowing I won't have the experience of acquiring shoes from Herring. Been a customer for 20 years and they only get better.
