I purchased as a gift for a friend. She loves it and plans to keep the wagon but return the car seat attachment as she doesn’t think it will fit her car seat. My phone autocorrected my email when I was purchasing so I didn’t receive the order completion email. I contacted customer service and informed them of the matter. They responded very promptly and sent me the order details and tracking number. I wanted to be sure to be rewarded my points so I asked if they could fulfill that. I had a bit of push back with that from customer service saying that I needed to make an account with the email I used on the purchasing order to get the points. I had to explain again that the email was incorrect and I already had an account and that I wasn’t going to create another account under a false email address that I don’t own. I was then finally awarded my points.Less
