Brooklinen is the absolute best customer service I have had shopping online!!!! They are communicative and fast. When my package got lost they never questioned me they just assured me that they would make it right. They also made sure not to make the same mistake, suggesting a new delivery address if possible and following up to ensure the new package was delivered. I cannot recommend them enough after the service I had received. Seriously it was incredible
