I've purchased from your site twice. Both times were significant amounts, as Eminence products are very fairly expensive. My first order I signed to my account, however, I didn't realize for my second order, that I checked out as a guest. I emailed to see if the s3cond order could be linked or added to my account. Apparently they are not able to link the second order to my purchase history. Therefore losing out on any complimentary items for the purchases made, points, or being able to see the past purchases. Also, disappointed that I didn't receive the samples I requested. I received samples of items I've already ordered. The whole point of requesting samples is to try something you are curious about. I am very happy with how quickly my purchases are processed and received.
