The coffee is delicious, some I preferred more than others, but overall well within my range of taste. Customer service has been very prompt and attentive. I love Bean Box! The customer service is second to none and they have some amazing coffees. They make it super easy to order more, just text them the roast number found on the bag and they'll get it out to you. They always include a chocolate in the package too. I can't recommend them highly enough. I love this company. Less
