Home Reserve is truly the best furniture company around. Not only are there couches, ottomans, sectionals comfortable, renewable, and have storage the customer service is the BEST that i have ever had from anywhere in my entire life! Customer service is so helpful and goes above and beyond if you do need them. The couch and ottoman we got was easy to assemble. We got the Federal fabic and it is so soft and comfortable. We have 2 crazy cats and they regularly try to scratch up the couch. They have not damaged it at all, like they have everything else we have ever had. We have had this furniture going on 2 years now and it still looks and feels great. When/ if there is ever any damage because of how this is built you can easily replace pieces if need be. We also love that we can add on to make this a sectional as we want. Its completely customizable from the fabic to the layout. We had called customer service before buying and found out that the couches, chairs, loveseats can all be connected to make custom sectionals or you can go the traditional route and get the sectional pieces as many or as few as you wish. If your getting a couch/ sectional then you MUST check Home Reserve! No one else comes close. Less
