Customer service is wonderful, but there are things to think about in advance. * If you have important voicemails, save them first. You will lose them. * Really DO call your provider and confirm or get a new PIN. I had a PIN they said wasn't correct. I couldn't accomplish anything online or with Verizon Customer service and had to go to a Verizon store to get a new one. Get it all done before. * The app may not be able to confirm and roll you over to MINT. * Call Customer Service and they will make the change for you. They are great! The transfer for me was a bit of a struggle. For others in my family much less so. Was it worth it? YES! I will be saving $688 annually!Less
