Product appears that it will do what’s needed. No packing material in the box, so extension parts bounced around and scratched the bracket. Cosmetic only, but for cost paid, I shouldn’t have to repaint. Boxes damaged in shipping. Shipping cost very high. All 3 I ordered did not contain U bolts, even though listed in the manual.

When I ordered a garage door part I received nothing that would allow me to track progress on my order. As of today’s date, I have not received my order…(?)

Your repairman was knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped me order the parts I need. He could have recommended a very expensive replacement but didn't.

I ordered a RPM sensor board and when it arrived, I opened the box and found that the rapper that it was in had been opened, and there were no plastic pens to attach the board to the opener head. It was hard to reuse the old Pins because they were Brittle. Made for a subpar repair job
