Actually I give Plants by Mail 4.5 stars! I've ordered twice now and each time my plants have arrived in lovely condition. Intact, healthy, good roots and healthy buds in place. I will definitely order from Plants by Mail in the future. On a side note and not PbM's fault FedEx delivered my order but left it in the sun only a couple feet away from shady spots,GRRR, that chapped my hide!!!Less
