"The customer service folk were nice and helpful."
The desk is great quality, stable, and looks nice. The website is fairly clean too. The checkout process and shipping were quick. The customer service folk were nice and helpful. The only ding I have to give were that the desk comes in 5 different boxes and the largest one is 100lbs. Because of this, it came damaged upon arrival. I contacted CS about this and with a little back and forth, they were able to send me a replacement. Overall, 5 stars because I got the desk I wanted and I'm very happy with the results.

"Shipping was quick and delivered within 2 business days."
We ordered the L shaped standing desk. Shipping was quick and delivered within 2 business days. The packaging was excellent and came in 3 separate boxes. Instructions were clear and I had no issues in assembling the desk which took about 1.30 hrs. Desk looks great and would definitely consider Vernalspace for future based on this experience.
