I bought a dress which was $60 or $70 and half price. No way was this worth full price. I’m peeved I paid what I did with postage included. It was cheap material and cheaply made. Plus the fit was weird as it ballooned out at the hips. Couldn’t have been worse really

My Bicheno jacket is a great fit. Went down a size as advised & glad I did. Colours are true to their photo. Parcel arrived very quickly. I’ve now ordered the Jocelyn jacket. My only criticism is there were a few loose threads I needed to cut off. The online website was easy to navigate.

What a great Company is Tulio and the staff are exceptional including The Manager. Have viewed first hand their Warehouse and was met with respect and friendliness. One lady in particular went out of her way, far and beyond, to meet my needs. Have purchased over 6 dresses now and could not be a more happier shopper. Service is excellent and prompt. I bought three dresses a few months ago. Delivery time was great. Unfortunately two of the dresses had seams that weren’t stitched and lots of material threads hanging off the hems. One dress looked like it had been stitched at the front, unpicked and stitched again. I had already had the hems taken up or I would have returned them. Although I love the look of the dresses and the fit is good I won’t be purchasing from Tulio again and wouldn’t recommend them
