Garbage customer service. I've contacted them three times regarding exchanging my purchase. They can't fix a technical issue and provide no alternative. The supervisor I spoke to, Janine, was arrogant and did not care. This is unacceptable. When your company fails at something, fix it - don't expect your customer base to wait weeks because you can't get around to fixing your exchange situation.
