Game sausage wrapped in puff pastry to add to your Christmas dinner spread with Pro Staff @wilderness_chef INGREDIENTS Game sausage Half a sheet of puff pastry Beaten egg Sauce: Mayo Lime Fermented garlic Salt & pepper INSTRUCTIONS Remove sausage from casing. Lay your puff pastry sheet down and lay the meat in a line. Roll your pastry up and pinch the seam. Brush on your egg wash. *TIP make cutting easier by freezing before you cut. Cut into half inch rounds, lay out on your baking sheet and cook at 400 for 13-15 minutes. Blend mayo, lime, fermented garlic, salt and pepper until mixed. Remove rounds from oven and top with a dollop of sauce. #CabelasCanada #IAmOutdoors

The product did not stand up to testing. The attachment point of the main blades of the Wasp sharp shooter broke off when I tried to disassemble to sharpen. Very poor design in my opinion.

Way too slow. Very hard to find info. Disconnect between in-store and on-line (in store personnel can't or don't know how to help with on-line. Minimal info on-line (eg. how long do they hold order for you?)
