Easy ordering for a cartridge (TN2530XXL) not available locally at the big blue shop, and very well priced. I had ordered a replacement cartridge for the small print run one supplied in a new MFC I bought, and this is a re-order for the new cartridge installed to ensure I always have a new cartridge available

For the second time in a row I have had issues with my order not being available and after trying several times to get an answer as to when my order would be shipped, with no return call as promised, I had to cancel my order. This was the second time in about a month I had to cancel an order and purchase ink elsewhere

When I ordered the cartridges I very clearly stated that they could be left on the front porch. The courier either didn’t get or didn’t read this information but left a card on the mat. I therefore had to contact the couriers to once again say that the cartridges could be left on the front porch. Finally delivered 24 hours later than they should have been.

I like the service offered by Cartridges Direct. Communication is good, about supply and delivery. I would have liked to get a recycle bag for my old cartridges, but apart from that, ordering was easy, delivery prompt, and everything arrived in the package.
