Forced to pay yet again for delivery even with my tradepoint card even though click and collect is not available on kitchen parts they've sold for years. Delivery should be free or collection from a local store an option.

It was an awful experience never received my goods after 2 weeks or empty promises to deliver. B & Q washed their hands kept directing me to third party supplier even though they took my money. Whole thing was a shambles never use them again. I have been told they are refunding me my money now.
