I don't see it as reliable as I thought, Great design but value vs price is a question mark as it starts bending a little

The full experience was not great. I ordered a desk and sit/stand legs and while the desk top arrived straight away - the legs got lost in transit (sent with Evri, which really tells you enough). Despite the legs being flagged by tracking as 'delayed' and never leaving the depot, I had to contact Evri myself to raise a ticket to prove they were lost. Another pair of legs was despatched a week after my first one was due to arrive, and that pair was faulty - it kept going to error 01 and the motor would raise the legs unevenly. Customer Service kept asking me for more videos of me performing a sequence of commands I already showed didn't work on a previous video, and clearer photos of the mechanism. Eventually they agreed it was faulty and sent me a refund. I spent 2 weeks with parts of the desk taking up space in my house, and unable to put anything together.

I love the adjustable height desk I bought from Fezibo. Looks great, great value, easy to assemble, arrived on time and very good quality.
