Así como Verde Valle e @iberia.mx son el par perfecto, comenta quién es tu compañero ideal para disfrutar de un buen platillo como este. 😍👇¡Dale tu toque con VerdeValle e Iberia a este arroz rojo con chile!😌 🌶️ Ingredientes: 250 gr. de Arroz Súper extra, Verde Valle Margarina Iberia 245 gr ½ cebolla 1 diente de ajo 3 jitomates 3 chiles pasilla hidratados 2 tz. de caldo de pollo ½ tz. granos de elote amarillo ½ tz de zanahoria en cubos ½ taza de papa en cubos 2 lomos de pechuga de pollo Sal al gusto Pimienta al gusto 🌶️Procedimiento: 1. Hidrata los chiles pasilla en agua hirviendo, agrega la cebolla y ajo. 2. Enjuaga el arroz con abundante agua y escurre. En una olla, sofríe el arroz con dos cubos de Margarina Iberia. 3. Mientras, en la licuadora agrega los jitomates, cebolla, ajo y chiles hidratados con el caldo de pollo. Licúa y cuela sobre la olla con arroz sofrito. 4. Agrega la zanahoria, papa, elote amarillo y al primer hervor cierra la olla y cocina durante 15 minutos a fuego bajo. Reserva. 5. En un sartén agrega un cubo de Margarina Iberia y sofríe el pollo con sal y pimienta al gusto. 6. Sirve el arroz y la pechuga, disfruta.
