Honestly who ever runs the website for Timberland needs to be fired. Tried buying something after my first purchase using an advertised offer banner on their website the code been given had expired 2 days before but the banner still running. Then a day later a new banner appears offer 25% of on promo marked shoes if two bought. Automatic code. However in the cart no discount is given. Multiple messages back and forth of chat was hopeless. Seems certain shoes have not been added properly. Staff were trying to help but clueless and basically say initial my fault. Then admitted it didn't work. Hopeless. Was told to buy them and they would refund the money. And 4 days later still no web fix. Who runs a massive company this badly? Anyway will buy my walking shoes from an operator who knows how to run a website and deal with customers properly
