I purchased some cat food pouches from them as it was an introductory offer which promised cash back if I purchased my first order through them. Which I did, I sent them the receipt as a requirement and proof of purchase but never received a penny back. I wrote an email of complaint twice, to which I have not heard anything back from them since! Due to this breach of trust and absolute scam, I’d never buy a thing from them again!
