I’d so much energy this weekend I raced twice🫡🫡 HYROX is a completely new event for me, different from my rugby days and the endurance stuff I’ve been loving since. My fuelling strategy had to change so I introduced PreFuel which had a massive impact on my energy levels 🔋 PreFuel is the pre-workout supplement from Kinetica Sports and from my experience it helps with the following: • Improves cognitive alertness • Improves physical readiness • Reduces feeling of fatigue • Delays lactic acid build up (the nasty feeling in your muscles when you’re exercising hard) Just two small scoops mixed with water around 30mins before exercising and you’re flying 🚀 It’s handy to know that every product at Kinetica is batch tested & WADA approved so it’s all certified high quality stuff.
