Product quality is amazing!! Jeans came as described & the sizing chart was 100% accurate. I did order multiple sizes just in case the size chart was off. Returning my excess items was fast & easy. I could have returned for free via mail but chose to return in store instead as I live approximately 5 minutes from a retail location. Customer service was fantastic!! The only con is the shipping carrier, FedEx. They are known for being slow, losing items or delivering them damaged. Wish AE would consider using another carrier or giving the customer an option to pick their shipping carrier. I'd pay more shipping just to keep it out of FedEx's hands.Less

My order came in two shipments, the first of which came very quickly. The other, which had the majority of my items, took a normal time. There was a lot of plastic packaging (which is why I gave 4 stars) Returns were easy as they gave the option to return in store. There is also free shipping online.Less
