My orders were not connecting to my account, even though I was logged in when I placed them. The system saved my credit card information, but wouldn't save the order. So, I requested a deletion of my account there & will now check out as a guest. No need to leave my personal info in their system.

Customer Service is terrible. They all are liars and scammers. They sold me a handbag with a jammed zipper and a dirty strap. I notified customer service (via email) and they told me to return it with the return label. I returned it and they refused to accept it, stating it was missing a tag. Which wasn't the truth. I returned it in the exact condition I received it. I provided proof of it via a picture of the condition while at UPS. I purchased at the beginning of August and here it is at the end of September and nothing have been done about it. Customer service is non existent. Every time I call they literally hang up in my face ( while researching the issue). There's no Customer service manager. No one that you can talk to get anything resolved. If you email them they will respond a week later with a generic message. No real help. At this moment they still have my bag that I purchased and I still don't have a refund. At this point they either need to send the bag back to me or refund me my money. They didn't even want to give me an exchange or store credit. Run far away from this place unless you like giving away your money.
