🩷 Chocolate Pretzel Treats 🩷 Try this easy nostalgic treat for your crew, then visit our Valentine‘s Day Shop at the link in our bio. Ingredients: 1 bag square or round pretzels 1 bag chocolate kisses 1 bag seasonal candy-coated chocolate (try for any holiday!) Instructions: Set your oven to 375 degrees. Fill your baking sheet with pretzels. Unwrap and place a chocolate kiss on each square. Bake for 90 seconds. As soon as they come out of the oven, press a candy-coated chocolate on top. 🥒 Quick Pickled Cucumbers 🥒 Store in the fridge to have a tangy topping on-hand! Ingredients: 1 persian cucumber or 2 small cucumbers (about 12 oz.) ½ cup water ½ cup white or rice vinegar 2 tbsp honey or sugar 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt 2 tbsp pickling spice (or any combination of dill, garlic, etc.) Instructions: Add vinegar, water, salt and sugar to a saucepan over low heat until mixture is steaming and sugar dissolves. Slice your cucumbers to desired size and stuff tightly into heat-proof glass jars. Sprinkle pickling spice on top of cucumbers. Pour hot brine over cucumbers and close lid. 🥒 Cucumber Elderflower Spritz 🥒 Try this refreshing batch mocktail for your next gathering. It’s light, bright, and couldn‘t be simpler. Ingredients: 4 oz. elderflower syrup 16 oz. cucumber juice 8 oz. lime juice 32 oz. sparkling soda Cucumber slices, reserve 6 for garnish Rosemary sprigs, for garnish Instructions: Fill pitcher halfway with ice. Add elderflower syrup, cucumber juice, lime juice, sparkling soda, and cucumber slices. Stir. Serve in highball glasses with cucumber and rosemary garnish. Cheers!
