Usually I get items ordered from Bloomingdale’s in 2 days. There isn’t a store close to me. Their customer service is great. I’ve mainly ordered blind buy fragrance purchases which I have returned a few-2 that I was anosmic too. I’m not buying an expensive fragrance I can’t even smell. Nothing wrong with the fragrance others could smell it just my issue. Their return policy is so customer friendly. And they have a great reward program. I love them.Less
