"Called Customer Service and Ellen was very helpful."
Received package from someone else’s order. Called Customer Service and Ellen was very helpful. Still don’t have my replacement order but is supposed to be on the way. I mailed the erroneous package back as directed. Just a hassle but hope it all finally works out.
