My old Cuisinart is about 40 years old. I could not get a replacement food bowl so I bought a new one from Cuisinart with a nice discount. Cuisinart's representative was very helpful. Don't hesitate to contact them.

Bought a deep fryer 4 quart and heating element went out. Was replaced and they sent a new one. Now that one does not work. Customer service said to cut cord and they would replace it again. Don’t want another one, want a refund.
