I bought two teak armchairs from Dot &Bo as they had the best price out of all the online retailers. It was easy to add to card and check out and I got free shipping which is a huge bonus as furniture usually does not ship free! I received the email receipt soon after the transaction was completed and was notified when that the order fulfillment was in process. While I did not receive an email notifying me of shipment, my account with the shipper (national shipping company) sent me a text letting me know a shipment was in progress. I received all the items in one go and they were well packed with no damage to the merchandise or the boxes. The assembly was a breeze and I got to enjoy my outdoor furniture in no time! Overall a great experience and I would purchase from Dot & Bo again!Less
