Gin Pom
When you say Filipino cocktail, Gin Pom is the first one that comes to my mind. This cocktail became popular in the 90s because of it is delicious yet simple. Just three ingredients: gin (bilog or the rounded bottle), Tang pomelo juice powder, and water. It is also a ‘dangerous’ cocktail because you won’t be able to taste much of the gin so it was common for people to overdrink it because it’s delicious. This cocktail also brings a sense of nostalgia for those of us who grew up in the 90s. So my eyes lit up when I saw pomelo at @traderjoes last week! I knew exactly what I needed to do: make an elevated version of this cocktail and also to make it a mocktail! (“Make it a Mocktail” is the title of my recipe deck - available on Amazon!)

Ingredients:
* ~1/4 cup pomelo pulp
* 3/4 oz Lavender Syrup
* 2 oz Gin Alternative (I used @drinkfreespirits )
* 1/2 oz Calamansi Juice or Lime Juice
* Splash of Club Soda
Instructions:
1. Combine pomelo pulp and lavender syrup in a cocktail glass/tin then muddle to squeeze out the juice from the pomelo.
2. Add gin alternative, calamansi juice, and ice.
3. Shake for 10 seconds.
4. Double-strain into a glass with ice then top with club soda.
5. Garnish with pomelo.

BLUEBERRY~COCONUT MARGARITA (NA)
2 oz @drinkfreespirits ~ The Spirit of Tequila (non-alcoholic tequila alternative - new formula)
2 oz Coconut Milk (I used @silk )
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Handful of fresh blueberries
Drop a small handful of blueberries to your cocktail shaker with fresh lime juice + simple syrup. Muddle. Add coconut milk + your non-alcoholic tequila into the mix. Throw in an ice-cube or two — and shake, shake, shake.
Strain and pour your drink into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. (Double-strain if you prefer no blueberry bits).
Garnish with dried citrus and blueberries. And enjoy!
