This is an early review of Elite Appliances product sales and purchase. I received and had a great experience with the sales staff. They are knowledgeable and listened to every question and concern with purchase. I will be back again to purchase from them.

Purchased GE Cafe refrigerator floor model. Fridge was delivered and installed without a front panel. Elite acknowledges that the panel is missing but has not returned my phone calls and has not provided any details about how they will make the situation right. All I want is what I paid for. Terrible customer service

The only issue I encountered was that I was inquiring about a specific appliance that I saw on your website and I called wanting more info and Brian said he would get it to me. Never got a follow-up call. After a week went by, I called for the same reason and Brian again answered the phone and he remembered our conversation and said the piece I was interested in just recently got moved to his location and he could accommodate my wishes now. Everything worked out, I ended up purchasing 5 pieces of equipment at great prices. Brian was knowledgeable about your products and a pleasure to do business with. Definitely shop with you next time I need something !
