I bought a controller and absolutely loved it, had it like 6 months and had a button go out. (Played a new game and it used a weird button that other games don't use) so when I needed to actually use to throw a grenade or zoom in it would cut out long story short I contacted them and I was still under warranty so they took care of everything and contacted me back within 2 or 3 days and loved the customer service. Took a total of 2 weeks and my controller was back like new. Will continue to buy controllers from Evil. Reason I chose this business: My friend actually told me all about his so I tried it out. Had the best formatted website out of all the others too very easy to navigate.Less
