Although my order arrived damaged, they worked quickly to get everything replaced. As far as the customer service goes; absolutely 5 stars. They were very responsive and courteous, righting the situation quickly and efficiently. I only gave them 4 stars however, because the original order arrived from AZ very poorly packed, which resulted in every sheet of tile being damaged upon arrival. The replacements came directly from the manufacturer, and were packed much, much better.
