Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took me three weeks to get an answer on how to return my lamps. Then I was charged an outrageous restocking fee, plus I had to pay for shipping. Hundreds of dollars because the boxes are so big. The photos do not match what I received and I am out hundreds of dollars because of that. Do not buy from this store unless you have seen whatever you want in person because the photos do not match what you get and you will be charged hundreds of dollars to return your item.

I ordered an octopus vase two weeks before Christmas it was never shipped to me I had the estimated shipping time December 31, 2020 I gave a few extra days call the company and ask them to find out where my product was they told me they had an even packed it up and that I could wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive my product I told him this was unacceptable and then I would like my product shipped out to me express or overnight seeing as the company messed up and that it wasn’t me I expected something to happen seeing as it was their screwup but now I was told that I could have a full refund which I did not want all I asked for was expressed shipping then she hung up on me and said that my tone was unacceptable for one I did not swear I was loud on the phone I won’t lie I have nothing to hide I was frustrated I’m pretty sure other people in the same situation would be as well The fact that I was hung up on and told that I can get a full refund even though I didn’t want it I find it highly unacceptable answer that I give this company a rate of zero after I got off the phone a half hour later I was refunded my money even though I did not want that to happen they ruined my wife’s Christmas gift that I had ordered her was one of her main gifts Which is really sad because my wife collected items from this company we will no longer be doing so absolutely disgusted
