Service was great but product was not what they make it out to be. Was not too happy and the price was very high $399.00 . I want to go ask if they accept refunds but not sure since they are ( special products). But i dont know. I will try the other one for $199.00 or something else. Have bought quite a few things from your store and will keep shopping there but i just thought i would let you know about the $399.00 product i was not satisfied with. ThanksLess
