    I needed a new prescription eyeglasses and prescription Maui Jim sunglasses To my home because an arm injury and Im a paraplegic in bed

    Made my existing pair of Maui Jim sunglasses into a prescription. Not only did I receive it back with the incorrect lens color but the prescription is blurry. Maui Jim needs to hire qualified and skilled staff that pay attention to detail and instruction.

    Customer service chat through the website was awesome! You aren't talking to a chat bot, you get a person with exact responses. I sent in a pair for repair and wanted to change a few things and it was done in minutes with no sitting on hold or confusion. Can't wait to get them back.
