I was able to find “out of stock” items on the Nordstrom website and I was very pleased. The items came in excellent condition and delivery was right on time. No complaints, I have made several purchases from Nordstrom.com since I do wish the pick-up in store option was more prevalent as it’s more convenient for me personally than waiting for delivery. If you have the option I would choose it.Less
