How to Make Beef and Snow Pea Stir Fry Ingredients: 1 - 14 oz. Omaha Steaks Skirt Steak, thinly sliced against the grain 3 tablespoons neutral oil, divided  Salt & pepper, to taste  2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 teaspoons minced ginger 1 medium onion, diced  1 carrot, peeled and sliced  1 cup fresh snow peas  200 grams shirataki noodles, cooked to package directions ½ cup stir fry sauce, or to taste Sesame seeds, to garnish Sliced scallions, to garnish  Directions: 1. To a wok over medium heat add 1 tablespoon of oil and sliced steak. Season with salt & pepper. Continue cooking until the meat is browned. Remove from pan and set aside. 2. To the same wok add remaining oil, garlic, ginger, onion, and carrot. Cook until onions turn translucent. 3. Add the snow peas. Cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes. Add the steak back to the pan, followed by the noodles and sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Ive been a Omaha Steaks customer for years. The quality has always been superb and quick delivery is awesome. You can repurpose the cooler or donate it to your local food bank. The individual sized portions are perfect for me, there's left over portions only if I cook extra. No waste and prep is a breeze. I have my "go to" items, but there is more than enough variety to try a new taste. Catch a regular sale, reach the low free freight amount... Bob's yer uncle!! Go Omaha Steaks!!Less
