I ordered six face coverings for my grandchildren in preparation for their return to school. They were delivered as promised. One of the masks was damaged, upon inspection there was a tear in the fabric. I contacted customer service and received a quick response. The representative was apologetic and quickly placed an order for replacement of the mask. the follow up was phenomenal. I have shopped this site before and with great service like this I will continue to shop with them. Kudos to the O'Neill teamLess
