"Last weekend, we brought our Head in the Game campaign to @recess.fit in Westport, CT, for an empowering Mind & Muscle event led by @ericmjohnson and @melis.johnson, and a meditation led by @iamjulievincent. The session combined movement and mindfulness, with a focus on building both physical and mental resilience. A huge thank you to Recess Performance Club for helping us create a space to connect and inspire and our amazing partners @drinklmnt, @saintjamesicedtea, @greenandtonic and @live.momentous. As part of our commitment to Mental Fitness, a portion of proceeds from these events will be donated to the Kevin Love Fund, supporting their vital work in mental health education and resilience-building.
