After I made my order, about a week later I had a question, I went to the web site and found the chat with agent option. Even at a late hour someone was there and answered all my questions. (that in it self makes Rosemary Doll a unique company in a very good way).. I was sent constant emails updating me along the process, and within a fairly short amount of time my doll head arrived better than I had expected.
