"The people have been amazing and friendly and quick to answer..."

I have been very impressed across every part that I have interacted with thus far. The people have been amazing and friendly and quick to answer my questions. The turnaround time on questions is awesome and the replies are great. I am falling in love with this device and all that it can do. I want everyone to own one. I wish there was a one stop step-by-step how to guide that covers all aspects of each component: one for Digitizer and EVERYTHING it does. Where it could be downloaded as a PDF. Maybe at the end a list of appropriate videos to watch if needed. Then another link/PDF for Remote and on and on. But when I say everything I mean everything. I guess what is missing is the “why” (see below) and the organization of a link/PDF for each part of the RIFE machine carrying all the details and how to and troubleshooting; its own Owner’s Manual. SinceI am very new to the world of RIFE machines I am missing oftentimes the “Why” things are doing what they do, which would help me to better understand how to operate the Spooky2 GeneratorX I have here. One example, we override the generator on the software but why? I don’t think I have ever run across the why answer. And will there ever be a time when I would not do this? And why would that be? Answers like that would give me a better understanding of the machine if it was briefly covered early on. In summary, I’m searching for the answers for my questions and that takes a bunch of time; whereas this may make the search a little quicker and get me to using the Spooky2 that much sooner without having to stop numerous times to look something up. End result —> easier and smoother and more enjoyable all around for person running the Spooky2!
