My first order was lost during Christmas and Ann and Bernard at ThinOptics stepped up and shipped me a new pair of glasses, kept in touch, gave me a credit. The best customer support anyone could ask for especially these days. Their products are top notch. Being a senior I feel they took special care of me. I am ever so grateful.
