I had ordered 2 jeans for their bogo sale and one pair came in the wrong color while the other was missing. The pair that I did receive smelt like vinegar.

Shipped half my order then canceled the rest once my packed was delivered. It was a set so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t say something before sending the top. Makes no sense

I got the pink Nirvana sweatshirt. It’s really cute, but there are so many stitching defects. For a sweatshirt that costs $80, it should be better quality. Other than that, it’s very comfy.

My album was an preorder which shipped only a day after release. Album came in a mailer then in another box which is more than I can say for many other major retailers. Excellent overall experience.
