Purchased for my high school athlete.. He was experiencing shin splints coming back from the off season and has had foot issues in the past. He’s been wearing the Gold style (recommended for cleat sports) for about 2 weeks and said they make all the difference. I purchased the wrong size insole from VKTRY (I swear his foot grew overnight) and when I contacted customer service, I was amazed. I explained that he ended up with new cleats, a size larger than the insoles I had ordered. The customer service rep could not have been more accommodating. He processed a return label for the insoles I had and shipped out a replacement set in the correct size the same day. I was initially concerned about the price but I would do it all over again based on the pain relief my son has experienced. This company has delivered a quality product and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.Less
