I'm returning customer because I enjoy their soap products a lot, such as hair and body soaps and face and body soap. They have very good service and they promptly responded to all my emails. They also showed grace to me when I made a mistake during one order. I was supposed to order 8 soaps to get one of them counted as free, but I only ordered 7. After I emailed them, they promised me to honor their free soap offer at my next order. Well, I didn't need to order until after about 6 months or so, and they kept their promise.
