Ubnfortunately, I had no ooportunity to enter a shipping address – so the order was processed to the billing address. I tried to immediately rectify the error, but the contact form did not send due to a buggy website. I then sent an email straightaway, only to get a message two days later that it was too late to process the change. This ruined the timing for what was intended to be a birthday present.
