I had a wonderful experience both shopping and purchasing at Brilliant Earth. They were lovely with both customer service and availability of products. Unfortunately, the shipping times were continually delayed, and their estimates were very off. The product ended up arriving more than a week after the initial shipping date. Most importantly, Brilliant Earth emphasized that the package would need to be signed for. This was very important to me, as with such an expensive and important item (engagement ring), any mishaps with the package could have been disastrous. When the item was delivered, it was simply left on my doorstep. This is completely unacceptable. Even more worryingly, FedEx noted that I had signed for the package, when in fact I had not.

With Brilliant Earth I was able to shop for the diamond that suited our budget and find the band without any sales pressure. And the virtual try-on is a great feature. My beautiful engagement and wedding band is exactly what I wanted! Thank you for all the excellent customer service throughout the entire purchase.
